To create Lily, we became obsessed with developing the perfect formula.

After spending countless hours researching and testing various recipes, we began hosting small tastings with creatives from all over NYC. As word spread, our intimate tastings transformed into sold out day parties in the East Village.

With opinions from hundreds of notoriously critical New Yorkers, we were able to craft a beverage carefully designed to taste good, feel good and be good for you. Lily Blood Orange is the byproduct of years of hard work. We hope you enjoy this clean buzz as much as we do.

Lily was born out of a native New Yorker’s desire to find healthy ways to deal with the stress of living in the most anxiety-inducing city on earth.

Bradley

I was working from 7am to midnight as the lead producer for a daily TV show on VICE in Brooklyn.

After years, the stress really started to get to me. The responsibilities for creating a new television show every day felt endless: writing, producing, editing, while managing talent and staff.

And the more weed I smoked, the less it seemed to help with the stress. With the guidance of holistic medicine professionals, I went in search of natural solutions.

Before long, I stumbled upon a tiny tea shop in Chinatown where I was told about the perfect natural antidote for a stressful day: the Egyptian Water Lily.

After feeling the blissful benefits of this ancient adaptogen, I had to spread the word. My first stop was a fellow stressed out New Yorker that I’d known since high school, Isaac, and from there Lily was born.

Isaac

I was born in a small city in Ecuador. When I was ten years old, without knowing a word of English, I moved with my mom to a small apartment in Times Square. From the day I got to New York, I was grinding. Over time that mentality led me to a lucrative career selling cloud software to Fortune 500 companies.

But living my American dream came with a price: my physical and mental health. After years of staying up to 4am entertaining clients, then having to wake up for 9am meetings, I found my anxiety mounting, but struggled to make any changes.

After experiencing with Bradley the blissful and relaxing feeling of the Egyptian Water Lily, I thought of all the other stressed out New Yorkers in my life who would benefit from this.
